AL-HERA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION is a non-govt company, in Bangladesh. Md. Zohirul Islam was founded the company in 1985. Till 2001 we provide Engineering Services after that we add Construction Related Services. From 2016 we started Retrofitting with FRP, now we have a complete solutions and services in Engineering and Construction Industry like, Retrofitting with FRP, Construction & Development, Steel Building & Shed Work, Steel Fabrication & Shutter, MS, SS, Grill, Gate & other works. We also added to our services Joist (I-Beam, H-Beam), Drive and Bracing, as well as Steel Furniture.

Our highly experienced and dedicated team has done lots of projects successfully in Bangladesh. Specially in Garments and Textile Industry we put our milestone services according to the government rules and ACCORD & Alliance, we use proficient equipment's and latest technology and we are highly expert and capable of giving outstanding Retrofit Restoration service. Our company has successfully executed and completed numerous projects and delivered them at predetermined time.

First of all, I would like to say safety is the major issue in construction and development work and the prospective of Bangladesh is the most prime factor because we are highly dense with population and most of our old construction buildings specially for Industrial Building is not eligible for earth quark resistance.
